Budget the transition, not just the file
Budget the transition: the certification body's extra audit days, the internal time to close the gaps, and the training for the people who will run the new clauses are a cost line, not an overhead. The plan in the kit gives each milestone an owner and a record; put the cost against it before the budget cycle closes.
What you may do with it
One organization may use the kit internally and with the consultants working for it. You may copy rows into your own management system documents. You may not resell it, publish it as your own product, or use it to certify anyone. The requirements are our words; the standard text remains ISO's.
