A labelled specimen of the kit
Five rows from the register, rendered from the live record. The paid kit carries all 40 requirements, the full evidence list, the common gaps and the dated plan, as PDF, CSV and XLSX. This page is a specimen: it is not your data and it is not the whole kit.
| Clause | Requirement | First evidence item | Draft | Owner |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 4.1 | Understanding the organization and its context | Context analysis record naming external and internal OH&S issues, with a dated entry stating the climate change decision (relevant or not) and the reasoning behind it | 4.1 | Owner to assign |
| 6.1.2.1 | Hazard identification | Documented hazard identification procedure | 6.1.2 | Owner to assign |
| 8.1.3 | Management of change | Management of change procedure covering all listed change types | 8.1.5 | Owner to assign |
| 9.1.2 | Evaluation of compliance | Compliance evaluation schedule and method | 9.1.2 | Owner to assign |
| 10.2 | Incident, nonconformity and corrective action | Incident and nonconformity register | 10.2 | Owner to assign |
The specimen shows the shape, not the full wording. The owner column is blank in the kit because the owner is yours to assign.

The rules this is built from
Nothing here is invented. The 40 requirements that apply today are read from the held ISO 45001:2018 record, each with the evidence an auditor asks for and the ways it commonly fails. The revision layer is read from the public ISO stage record, the public draft contents and two named certification-body summaries. Where the record is silent, the page says so.
ISO 45001:2018, clause by clause
Each clause page states the requirement in our words, the evidence, the gaps and what to do before the revision lands.
