How the record is built and checked
One record, every output
One reviewed record holds each requirement, the evidence, the gaps, the draft crosswalk, the dates and a source pointer on every field. The clause pages, the free check, the kit and the watch all replay that record. A correction is made once and regenerated, so a page cannot drift from the register.
The requirement text is ours
The licensed ISO 45001:2018 text is not reproduced. Each requirement line is a paraphrase written from the held clause record, with the clause cited. Titles and defined terms remain as the standard names them. A seven-word overlap check runs against the public draft sample before release; the clause text is checked against the held record at authoring, not copied from it.
What the draft layer can and cannot say
The DIS requirement text is not public. The draft layer therefore uses the public contents for the clause titles and the public foreword for the status of the edition, and uses two named certification-body summaries for the direction of the changes. It does not state a draft requirement as if it were text. Where the summaries are silent, the page says the public record does not show a change.
The dates
Stage dates to 40.60 are from the ISO page. The planning date, 12 September 2027, is 330 days from the 17 October 2026 rule date, derived from stage 40.60. It is an estimate, not an ISO commitment. The transition end, 2030-09-12, assumes three years, because no IAF transition document for this revision was found on 18 October 2026. Every date that is an estimate says so where it appears.
What is checked before release
- Every sitemap URL serves text/html, and every page has one h1.
- Every title is under 60 characters and every description under 160, measured after escaping.
- The free check returns incomplete, not a lighter verdict, when an answer is blank.
- A strict overlap check against the public draft sample comes back clean.
- The refresh script runs against the live sources and fails on an unexplained change.
- The browser smoke runs the check, a clause page, the revision map and the pricing on desktop and phone.
What is not claimed
No claim that a page will be cited by a search engine or an AI assistant. No claim that the draft is final. No claim that a certification body will accept a transition plan. No invented statistics, reviews or dates.
The rules this is built from
Nothing here is invented. The 40 requirements that apply today are read from the held ISO 45001:2018 record, each with the evidence an auditor asks for and the ways it commonly fails. The revision layer is read from the public ISO stage record, the public draft contents and two named certification-body summaries. Where the record is silent, the page says so.
ISO 45001:2018, clause by clause
Each clause page states the requirement in our words, the evidence, the gaps and what to do before the revision lands.
